Casanova Uses Tupac Rape, Shooting Incident As A Warning

Hip Hop Brooklyn rapper Casanova shares a Tupac Shakur throwback photo hoping to educate those about keeping their inner circle small.

Casanova Uses Tupac Rape, Shooting Incident As A Warning

Hip Hop Brooklyn artist Casanova took to his official Instagram account Wednesday morning to teach and warn those who surround themselves with too many people within their “circle”.

Sharing a photo of Tupac and Ayanna Jackson, Casanova captioned the photo with, “HOPE THIS DONT GO OVER YALL HEADS.” The Brooklyn rapper is referring to those photographed along with Shakur.

In the white t-shirt is Ayanna Jackson, the woman who accused Tupac of rape in 1994. Shakur was eventually charged with “forcibly touching the buttocks” and sentenced to four years in a maximum prison. Even with the charge, Tupac said to be incident. “Anybody that thinks I committed that rape should go get “Branda’s Got A Baby’ and ‘Keep Ya Head Up’ and listen to them thoroughly,” Tupac said during an interview with Ed Gordon for BET in 1994.

The photo shared by Casanova also has its own caption which reads, “Remember Tupac Shakur? Besides him in this picture ia Ayanna Jackson, the lady who accused him of rape. Behind him is the Haitain who robbed and shot him at Quad studio. Next to him is his manager who set him up to get killed.”

Tupac was shot 5 times in New York in 1994. This would kick start the infamous beef between Tupac and Biggie Smalls, where Shakur felt Biggie did not warn him of the dangers that was ahead.

“You are surrounded by your enemies 9 times out of 10. Be careful out there. Your enemies are not strangers, your enemies are most times people you surround yourself with,” continued the screenshot caption.
