Howard Stern official YouTube channels remembers the time Jada Pinkett Smith admitted she and Tupac kissed and what happened afterwards.
Twenty-six years later and the relationship between Tupac and Jada Pinkett Smith continues to draw interest. In recent years, their friendship has been in various headlines and Jada has played a huge role for the media attention. Jada on interviews and her own Red Talk Table show, spoke about Tupac, forever remembering her good friend.
Will Smith, married to Jada Pinkett, added to the attention when he released his autobiography, ‘Will.’ In the book Will wrote, “In the beginning of our relationship, my mind was tortured by their connection. He was ‘PAC! He triggered the perception of myself as a coward. I hated that I wasn’t what he was in the world, and I suffered a raging jealousy. I wanted Jada to look at me like that.”
Back in 2020, Will Smith first admitted his jealously towards Tupac when he appeared on The Breakfast Club. When asked by co-host Charlemagne Tha God if Will was ever jealous of Tupac Shakur, Will answered with a “F— yeah”. “Oh my god, dude. And, that was in the early days. That was a big regret for me too, cause I could never open up to interact with ‘Pac. Cause we had a little bit of a thing, because you know they grew up together and they loved each other, but they never had a sexual relationship,” Will Smith said.
Many have wondered if Tupac and Jada were more than friends. The two met back in the 80s when they both attended the Baltimore School of Performing Arts. In the throwback clip from 2015, Howard Stern asked Jada Pinkett if Tupac was in love with her. “Now that I am older I have a better understanding of what that was between us. When you have two very young people that have very strong feelings, but there’s no physical connection between us at all,” Jada explained.
Jada also stated she put their friendship to the test, seeking if there was any potential love flames burning inside. “There was a time when I said, ‘Just kiss me. Let’s just see how this goes.’ And, when I tell you it had to be the most disgusting kiss for us both,” Jada said laughing on The Howard Stern Show. “If ‘Pac and I had an sexual chemistry, we might had killed each other because we were both so passionate. We both love so deeply.”
