Jada Pinkett Smith Says Tupac Proposed To Her

Appearing on All The Smoke podcast was Jada Pinkett Smith where she revealed that Tupac proposed to her while locked up.

Jada Pinkett Smith is making sure her upcoming memoir becomes a top seller, as she continues to make headlines involving her dear friend Tupac Shakur.

As Jada is on a media run promoting her upcoming book “Worthy,” the actress has shocked many while teasing what to expect in the memoir. After revealing she and Will Smith have been separated since 2016, she also made headlines by stating that Tupac was her soulmate.

“If there is such a thing as past lives, I definitely think Pac and I have traveled a few together. You know, in various forms,” she added while speaking with Rolling Out.

Now Jada has revealed she could have been Mrs. Shakur. “I wrote about that in the book,” she said on All The Smoke podcast. “When he asked me to get married he was at Rikers. And I knew at that time that he needed someone to do time with him, which I was gonna do anyways. He didn’t have to marry me to do that.”

She also admitted that Tupac would have probably divorced her as soon as he left prison. “One thing he did not want me as was a wife. I know that for a fact,” she said.

Jada also spoke about wanting to bail Tupac out of prison, but Shakur declined the offer. Instead Tupac went with Suge Knight‘s offer and joined Death Row records.
