The Game Says Tupac Shot Himself In 1994 At Quad Studios
Hip hop artist, The Game, appeared on VLAD TV where he claims Tupac shot himself during the 1994 Quad Studios incident.
In a rare interview on VLAD TV, west coast artist The Game was asked about his longtime manager Jimmy Henchman, who was accused by Tupac of setting him up in the 1994 shooting at Quad Studios in New York.
Back on November 30th of 1994, Tupac was on his way to Quad Studios to record a song with Lil Shawn. As Tupac entered the lobby, he was robbed and shot in the lobby. The incident left Tupac with five bullet wounds. Checking himself out of the hospital the very next day against doctors orders, Tupac was forever changed.
What really happened in Quad Studios?
Numerous individuals were blamed for the shooting by Tupac. One of those individuals was Jimmy Henchman, a former entertainment record executive and convicted criminal. Jimmy Henchman is now behind bars serving a life sentence, as result of a separate incident.
There has been various recollections of what happened in Quad Studios. For Tupac, the story remained the same, as he had reasons to believe who he felt were responsible. Whether he blamed Biggie Smalls for not warning him or blaming Henchman for allegedly orchestrating the robbery which led to Shakur being shot.
The Game says Tupac was embarrassed
The Game who was not there that night on November 30th, but was managed by Henchman for years, retold the story from what was “transcribed” to him.
“They saw ‘Pac, but they weren’t ready. They didn’t have anything drawn out. ‘Pac had a g** in his waist and he was gonna pull it, but he shot himself in the leg on the elevator. So, then he went to the hospital for the leg wound and maybe he was embarrassed,” The Game said on VLAD TV as he noted he was not there but was recalling what was told to him. “‘Pac shot himself and was embarrassed of that. So, he wrapped his head up and he wrapped his arm up. And when he came out the hospital I think he was on a wheelchair right?”
Game is referring to the infamous photos and video footage of Tupac leaving court on a wheel chair. In these photos and videos, Tupac has his arm and head wrapped up. Despite not being fully recovered from his gunshot wounds, Tupac appeared in court for the alleged rape case.
Vlad quickly pointed out his interview with R&B singer Jon B who recorded a song with Tupac. According to Jon B, he saw Tupac’s gunshot wounds in person. “It’s intense when you see someone’s bullet holes,” Jon recalled on VLAD TV. “He had like six or something like that, or whatever it was on his chest.”
